I prefer HOHNER harmonicas because they have a very special sound like the crossover and the special 20. They sound more serious.

I play mainly on the model Hohner Special 20. It is an instrument that responds very well to a strong attack of the notes which allows to combine speed and fluidity while retaining a significant volume. Moreover, overblows are very easy to get on this model (even without additional adjustment). Finally, the plastic comb slightly overfill the covers and make it a particularly comfortable instrument, ideal for tongue blocking and play octaves.
